Is my personal information secure?
Yes. The personal information you enter at checkout (credit card information, name, address, etc) is encrypted for your protection.
How will I know if you received my online order?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. It will contain your order details, as well as an order number. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. If tracking is available, you will also receive a tracking number via email. Please make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. We offer standard quantity discounts online. If you need a quantity not covered online, please email us for a custom price quote. We also offer set discounts to distributors. Please email for distributor information.
I’m looking to order a large quantity of product. Can I get a sample?
Yes. You will need to contact us with the item details, and we will create a listing where you can purchase a sample.
I would like to purchase printed bags, but I want more than one bag color, and I do not want random assorted bag colors. Can I pick more than one bag color, and still get the quantity discount pricing?
Yes, as long as you meet certain requirements. First, all bags being printed must have the same print with the same ink color. Second, you must order in multiples of the minimum order requirement.
Example #1: If the minimum order is 100 ea, and you want 3 bag colors with the same logo printed on all bags, you must order at least 300 bags total. You could have 100 red bags, 100 blue bags, and 100 green bags, or any combination of your choice, as long as each bag color meets the minimum order requirement of 100 ea.
Example #2: If the minimum order is 50 ea, and you want 2 different bag colors with the same logo printed on all bags, you must order at least 100 bags total. You could have 50 red bags, and 50 blue bags, or any combination of your choice, as long as each bag color meets the minimum order requirement of 50 ea.
When you want to place your online order, pick one bag color and the total order quantity, add to cart. Then make a note at checkout of the other bag colors you would like. We will confirm your order upon receipt.
I don’t see the product I need. Do you offer custom manufacturing?
Yes. We can manufacture most any basic textile product you need, as well as screen print your logo on it. In fact, our printed catalog contains more items, variations, and options than our online store. We only listed the most popular items for sale online. Please feel free to email us for a digital copy of our catalog.
Can I check my order history?
Yes. Simply log in to My Account, and all of your previous orders will be available for viewing.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax depends on your ship to address, and the item you are purchasing. We have distribution centers all across America. If your shipping address is located in the same state as the product we are shipping, you will pay that particular state’s sales tax. If sales tax applies to you, it will be noted during checkout, before you pay.
